Please read through our booking information prior to your appointment and check our cancellation policy before booking.
Please arrive in good time for your treatment to enable us to take your details whilst you enjoy refreshments. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times.

The perfect way to celebrate or prepare for a special occasion, or if you just wish to relax with friends or family. Please contact reception and we can tailor make a package that’s just right for you. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
We do require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as courtesy to our therapists and other clients waiting for appointments. Please note there is a cancellation fee of 50% of treatment cost if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost should you fail to attend without any notice.
Please inform us of any medical conditions you may have including pregnancy at the time of booking as some treatments may not be appropriate to you.
Selected treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment. To comply with our insurance and health and safety regulations under no circumstances will the treatment go ahead without this being completed. Treatments may be cancelled if there is no record of a patch test. Our cancellation policy applies.
As a courtesy to other clients and to comply with health and safety regulations, children cannot accompany parents into the treatment rooms or areas.
Whilst we are happy to treat male clients we make it a policy of the salon that they are accompanied by a female, or that they have a female relation who is a regular client of the salon.
All treatments are carried out in the strictest confidence.
